By accessing or using the Website, or by voluntarily providing information (e.g., via an email you initiate), you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The Website does not display forms and does not request identifying details on its own initiative. The following information may be collected:

  • Information voluntarily provided by the user (e.g., via an email enquiry): name, email, phone number, and the enquiry content.

  • Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, timestamps.

  • Aggregated statistical information via cookies and measurement tools (see Section 4).

2. Purposes of Use

  • Operating, maintaining, and securing the Website; improving user experience.

  • Responding to user-initiated enquiries (if submitted).

  • Compliance with legal requirements, oversight, fraud prevention, and protection of the Company’s or third parties’ rights.

  • Clarification: The Website offers no purchases/payment processing/direct marketing via mailing lists, and no use of information for targeted advertising.

  • Necessary for operating the Website (e.g., Hostinger – hosting and domain; Google Analytics for statistical measurement).

  • In case of merger/acquisition/transfer of activities—provided the recipient adopts this Policy or a transparent and equivalent policy.

4. Cookies and Third-Party Tools

The Website uses cookies for operational and statistical purposes, including:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – for statistical measurement and user-experience improvement.

    • IP anonymization is enabled.

    • Advertising/remarketing features are disabled.

    • Data retention in GA4: 14 months.

  • A cookie-consent banner (CMP) is in use: non-essential cookies are loaded only according to the user’s preferences in the banner.

  • You can block/delete cookies via your browser settings. After CMP deployment, a “Manage Cookies” link appears in the footer to change preferences at any time.

5. Minors

The Website is intended for users 18+. Minors must obtain parent/guardian consent before providing information (e.g., via email). Use by a minor constitutes confirmation that such consent was obtained.

6. Information Security

We employ commonly accepted security measures (including HTTPS). However, no system is completely secure; the Company shall not be liable for damages arising from security incidents beyond its control.

7. Retention

Information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above or as required by law, and then deleted. For GA4, retention follows the active setting (14 months).
